Frank Rizzo will interview award-winning cookbook author and chef
Dorie Greenspan on Thursday, April 18, 7 p.m., at The Mark Twain House & Museum.
The event is part of A Little Harmless Fun, a new series at the Mark Twain House, featuring Hartford Courant arts writer Frank Rizzo interviewing members of the theater and culinary community.
Greenspan’s new book is Everyday Dorie: The Way I Cook. It’s the 13th cookbook for Greenspan who lives in Westbrook, New York City, and Paris. She has five James Beard awards, has twice won Cookbook of the Year award from the International Association of Culinary Professions, and is the On Dessert writer for the New York Times Magazine.
Admission is $10. A book sale and signing follows the conversation.
