MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
The Mark Twain House & Museum can offer several venues to hold whatever meeting or special occasion you are planning. Fundraising galas, school reunions, business team meetings, awards ceremonies, and family anniversaries or showers are just a few of the many types of gatherings we have been privileged to host.
Hal Holbrook Hall
Our largest venue, Hal Holbrook Hall is open, spacious and has a capacity of 130 for a seated function and 250 for a reception -style affair.
The Lincoln Financial Auditorium
Adjacent to, and often rented in conjunction with Hal Holbrook Hall, our auditorium seats 175 (plus handicapped seating for five) and is the perfect spot for lectures, presentations, keynote speakers etc.
The Nook Café
The Museum Café is a restaurant by day and an intimate setting for dinners (capacity of 48) or parties (capacities of 60) by night. You can utilize the café fixtures or completely transfer the space to you own vision.
The Carriage Barn
The Carriage Barn is our smaller banquet hall with seating for 50. Rustic in feeling, it provides a perfect backdrop for your special event.
Cocktail hours and small dinners are equally at home surrounded by the extraordinary gardens on our Sunset Terrace. Located right outside the Nook Café and the Carriage Barn, these locations can be paired to create exactly the unique event you desire.
